B593s-22 + LTE Watch

Hi the
sry about my english...

Im having a problem with LTE watch. It start and window opens and the its shuts it self. It just flashes. then its gone.
And no error message. I have tried compability modes but it dosent help..
im using Win10 with latest updates.
And my 4G router is huaweis B593s-22 with V200R001B270D25SP00C260
Hope some 1 could help me on this.

Is it a win10 based problem or router based problem?

Kann die LTE Watch Push Nachrichten empfangen wenn das iPhone offline ist oder ist sie für Push weiterhin eine Erweiterung der Watch und kein „richtiger“ Empfänger?
