Question about LTE watch

I tried to work with the software LTE watch, but I don't know which IP I need to put in the settings.
The software can't make the connection and I have no data:

You need your Router IP. For what kind of router do you use LTEWatch. AVM or Huawei?
In most cases the IP ist 192.168.8.1 or 192.168.1.1

I tried the address you suggested to me the same problem.
I tried with the password and without but no results.
I want to know which band the modem receiving to buy (or build) the accurate yagi antenna.
